I have an old farmhouse and had Mark install a Trane furnace...Every other company I asked to quote it wanted to isntall 2 units whereas Mark and I discussed it and worked out a way to do it with 1. Since the install I couldnt be happier it was sized properly and installed with preofessionalism. I have had this system for almost 9 years now and cant make a single complaint. We used Mark Sweitzer Htg. & Cool. to service our 4 unit apartment complex in Troy. Three of the four units were experiencing central AC problems. Mark was able to diagnose all of the problems ranging from a new compressor motor, freon and broken wires during the first service call. He fixed all of the problems right away and did so at a fraction of the cost we were anticipating. Mark's staff was also very pleasant and kept us updated on the problems.
