Established in 1997, Minnesota West Community & Technical College is an academic institution. Located in Pipestone, Minn., it offers a variety of diploma and degree courses in subjects, such as art, accountancy, biology, chemistry, food science, pharmacy and web development, to name a few. Additionally, the college promotes sports, including baseball, football, softball, golf, volleyball and wrestling. Apart from these, it offers college services, such as bookstore, health watch, drug/alcohol awareness and mental health. Minnesota West Community and Technical College is a member institution of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System (MnSCU), which is one of the leading providers of higher education in the state of Minnesota.
