I am disabled an unable to go out to get me something to eat. I am,trying to eat healthy, so I was so happy when I discovered that Embers had REAL TURKEY for their club sandwiches. so I've been getting one at least 3 times a week. Then I slowed down some to maybe one every two weeks. So, last week I ordered one and as I was on my second session, I bit into it, I took the first bite and as I was pulling the sandwich away from my mouth, a piece of string started to come out of my mouth. It just kept coming and coming and coming. I'm like what the HELL is this! was very discussed! A piece of sewing thread was coming out of the middle of that piece! I had my assistant bring it back. But first let me say, I ate the sandwich late at night, like 1 in the morning. So she brought it back the next day. Oh the lady that was there asked for my #, mistake on my girls part for giving it to her. So this woman, I'm being nice, starts yelling at me from the start, trying ti tell me about their policies and returning food back. I told her she wasn't open at 1 am so how was I going to return it any earlier than I did. So she kept yelling and u had to to there with her, I really went there. You DO NOT call my phone and start yelling at me. So I told her to give me a refund. She said she wasn't going to because they had already started fixing me another one. I said I didn't care, I didn't want another one. She started hollering again. I had to ask her did she think I was a child, she was hollering at the wrong one and she'd better calm that tone down. So after a few more harsh sentences to her I said one more time I didn't want another one, she can give it to anyone she wanted to from me and I wasn't going to say it again, but give me my money back. I told her I was not discussing it anymore and I hung up the phone. I then learned that a man, the owner, came out to help my girl, he even had to tell her to shut up. He gave my money back and the sandwich but I never saw it.

They have a great tuna fish sandwich with fries.
