The owners and upper management do not keep up the property. There are overflowing trash bins, fire debris from 3 weeks ago sitting outside our doors. There are animals in the trash, old furniture is left out and not removed for a week at a time and sits right in front of apartments. Rent is raised, no maintenance is done. Apartment door areas are not maintained, steps are never swept, outer areas are left. Unsafe areas for people, children and pets
