J&J missed first appointment due to running late on previous job...no phone call but when I got ahold of them, sounded apologetic and rescheduled for the follow day on the weekend at overtime rates. Again, no show and no phone call. 2 times 2 days in a row...with no phone call to at least acknowledge something had come up...rescheduling happens, but have some business ethic to at least call and alert your customers or potential customers.
