I had the privilege of spending several hours at Pineville Community Health & Wellness and here's what I led me to grade you a 5: Number One. I say a brand new clinic that was very busy, yet no patients were waiting to be seen! This "Patient Priority" is without any doubt the number one clinical sign that has earmarked your early sucess. Many clinics get 'too big' to prioritize patient wait times as their highest priority. My second observation was your staff's attitude that, inspite of being very busy could all manage smiles! So, I really felt as though I were in a very professional, medical environment where your corporate goal is clearly effective delivery of patient care and wellness.
