This place doesn.t deserve any stars. Flies everywhere. Food not super. Staff condescending to cashier. No sense of urgency. I won't be back.

On the way to pick me up from work tonight, he stopped by Wendy's (10:10pm). He called and asked if I wanted anything. While on the phone, I heard him order my food (Spicy Ckn, NO mayo, WITH ketchup lettuce & tomato, med choc Frosty, med fries). We get home and I found that my sandwich had mayo (I'm allergic). I drove to Wendy's (11:13pm) and they said they needed the receipt to EXCHANGE my sandwich. Drove home, found receipt, drove back (now midnight!). I was treated like I was trying to run a HUGE SCAM for exchanging a sandwich (I didn't even ask for my fries to be replaced, now cold, or a new Frosty, now melted). At 1st she said that the receipt showed the order wasn't even from that night! WRONG! It's just, the receipt said 2/27 and since it was now just after MIDNIGHT her register said it was 2/28. She said my husband must not have ordered the sandwich right (I was *ON* the phone!)! Not once did she apologize for her errors (such as the date issue). Horrible customer 'service'.
