We obtained three estimates and selected Mark as the best contractor to remodel our 20+ year old pool and deck. We had several complicated deck and plumbing issues which Mark handled very well. Mark and his crew were very professional and completed the project in a timely manner. They were at our house every day by 8:00 a.m. and worked all day. There were no billing surprises; they did what they said they would do at the agreed upon price. We found Mark to be very friendly and helpful. Mark came to my residence to do an estimate for a re-model of our pool deck and for a 12' x 12' deck extension. After talking with Mark and him answering several of my question I was very impressed by his knowledge and matter of fact. After receiving Marks estimate I felt he gave a fair cost for the job. I had three other companies give me estimates, but I felt Mark had an above average work ethic and integrity. Mark and his crew arrived at my house each morning when they said they would arrive and did their work until it was complete. We went from the old style Kool Decking and had Mark re-model the deck and deck extension with an Acrylic Pool decking and cut a french drain along the house. Each day Mark and his crew left for the day, they left the work area very neat. When the job was finished our decking looked exceptional. I called for an estimate to replace my sand filter. The day before Mark of Pool & Spa Creations was scheduled to come, my filtration system stopped working. I researched, called a local pool store, etc to no avail. When Mark came to give us the estimate, he discovered the problem and promptly took care of it. He gave us a competitive estimate to replace the sand filter and scheduled the work the following week. He and his assistant were professional, on time, and fast. They did a great job and cleaned up everything nicely. They were pleasant, polite and a pleasure. I will definitely call them the next time we need anything done concerning our pool.

AWESOME JOB!! I just had my pool and deck refinished. Mark and his crew were fantastic. I suggested a color scheme and he brought a great assortment of tiles and pavers for me to choose from with great suggestions on how to make the most of my pool. Mark and his crew took a pool that had been neglected for many years and made it look like a fancy retreat you would find at the high end travel resorts. They did such a good job with the pool I had them come back and extend the deck. Mark is very easy to work with, answers all your questions and treats you with respect. On time, cleaned up every evening, very clear on pricing and paper work in advance of the job. Great design thoughts, and worked with me and my ideas nicely. Credited any changes that were made during the process very easily. Must have a good working and fiscal relationship with his suppliers as I noticed during a phone call that he was not on a "Cash upon delivery" but instead had a good credit rating for him to be on a net 90 payment. That says alot to me when the suppliers are willing to be on a billing cycle since they are dealing with the company on a day to day basis. I am extremely happy that Pool and Spa Creations Inc managed to give me a pool beyond my dreams, but within my budget. A winner for me! Now time to swim!
