i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseWorst experience I have EVER had. They had my boat for 5 weeks, and didn't get around to seriously looking at it. Would NOT return my phone calls. I had to get my friend from out of town to call them to see that the hell was going on with it. After 5 weeks I had enough, and went to go get it. They didn't charge me anything because they didn't do anything worth a crap to attempt to fix it. Got it home to find that they didn't even have the courtesy to put all the engine components back together, and my brand new plugs were exchanged for others. My boat was essentially ignored so they could attend to more expensive boats that they could make a lot more money on. It sat in there boat yard getting filthy for 5 weeks. I would not take my boat back there if my life depended on it. THE WORST.

Great team and honest people. They have helped me with my boat for the past 3 years when I need them the most. Use these guys if you are looking for hones feedback and great work ethics.

Scheduling service is fast and easy and prices are fair compared to the bigger places. They also repaired are seats and VHF antenna last time we had our boat in. This summer were hoping to have a troller motor engine installed by them. Would recommend.

Scheduling service is something nobody wants to do and can be very expensive. The engine on our boat was running poorly and we were forced to call someone. We gave Chris a call over at Action Boat Repair and all our problems seemed a whole lot easier. He explained to us the problem with our engine and how we needed to repair it, also he informed us of service we should have been performing annually that the dealership (marinemax) never informed us of. Im posting this review several months after Chris and his team completed the repairs and other scheduled service that we missed and since then we've had months of trouble free boating. Breaking down on the water was frightening to me and my youngest son and is something we never want to experience again. We trust in Action Boat to keep our boat running smooth and correctly . Would definitely recommend

I'm a commercial fisherman in the area, While bringing my last load of stone crab traps out this season my motor started to run poorly. I called Chris who stated he was booked up until Monday. Today was Wednesday and my season started in two days. I told him my situation and he came out to look at it after his last appointment that day. within minutes he had troubleshot the motor and knew exactly what the problem was. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and his prices were reasonable. As a commercial fisherman our boat motor is our life, we can't work without it and we depend on it to bring us home safe every day. Chris understands this and was right on point. I would recommend him to anyone with a Merc outboard, and he will be my mechanic from now on.

Came out today and fixed me right up. Tom's mobile marine and Bryde's Marine center both came out before Action and could not replicate the problem of fix it. I called Chris from Action and im running smooth again. He actually had the part I needed on his truck. Will deal with again.
