Pine Home Services started in 2001 with Pat Hawkins, just out of the Marine Corps and newly married to the love of his life, Sherri. Frustrated by how long it took technicians to show up when your furnace breaks down, Pat decided that he needed a real person other than a technician answering the phone 24/7. So he assigned at least one administrator to sleep with the phone every night. That way she could schedule your appointment, send a technician right away and get you comfort when you need it, not just when a technician feels like it.
