OMG!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They are horrible to work with. We applied for a mortgage, and 2 months later we still do not have one, and not because we have bad credit. Our agent lost our papers, incomplete paperwork, missed deadlines, can't keep facts straight, etc, etc. And there is always an excuse. Bottom line, we are in danger of losing our downpayment on the house we are buying because the sellers are tired of waiting on this broker and will go with the next offer!! We've complained to the owner, and he doesn't want to be bothered with us. And to top it off, our agent is laid off every other week because it is so slow at Schuylkill Mortgage, so I have to wait until she is in the office to even speak to her! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go somewhere else!!!!
