People are very unhelpful when asked about policies they have written. They don't return phone calls. They refuse to help when filing a claim. When asked about coverage we were told nothing is covered and that we don't have it that bad. We were also told to go out and buy a generator. Very unprofessional and argumentative. Obviously don't need or want our business. Wouldn't even rate it 1 star.
