I wouldn't give them one star this is the worst customer service place I've ever dealt with. I had a package delivered to my house. I paid an extra 20$ for 2 day shipping and when they got here they wouldn't even come on my hill and knock or anything just pulled in turned around and drove away. When I called them they said they would hold the package at the ups center which is about 25/30 miles from my house and I have to drive there to pick it up or wait another 3 days for them to deliver it again...so All together I'm out about 25 or 30$ for a package that I have to go pick up myself...very poor service..I would not recommended anyone use them if you can avoid it

One out of every 10 deliveries can be delivered without having to call and find out WHY the package can not be delivered to the address. Sad that only one driver can find my house. No other driver takes 5 min to see if they can find it by taking a driveway up on a hill to see if maybe, just maybe, they could live up on the hill......Terrible drivers!

Pathetic service!! Pkg rec'd by you on sat Morning, sat there til Monday before you sent it to post office Monday AFTERNOON!!!! I could have driven to Nashville and back 3 times at least before you processed... In my opinion UPS is no longer ideal carrier. Snail mail is faster

This has to be the most unfriendly service I have ever encountered. I am so disappointed that I have been unable to speak with a service rep who can answer my questions. Signed Disappointed in UPS
