General Info

Dr. Yelena Lubman is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She received her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. Dr. Lubman completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Franklin Square Hospital Center. She is currently a member of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Lubman is affiliated with the Greater Baltimore Medical Center (Baltimore, MD) and Saint Joseph Medical Center (Towson, MD). She speaks both English and Russian fluently.
