The office was lovely four years ago; however, it consistently declines. Doctors are generally courteous, but the support staff is disgusting and the office is too busy trying to make money to find time and effort to fix the issues with the unprofessional staff. In this economy, especially, many individual are trying to save and make money. However, poor business practice is evident since the doctors in this office have decided to continue to use and support rude and unprofessional support staff. However, it would be good business sense and practice to invest in those that your patients/clients deal with most. That is how you bring more and more business in *and* get the business/clients/money to stay. One can be a good doctor, or other good professional/business person. However, if patients/clients consistently deal with rude, inpatient, lying, and generally unprofessional staff, it hurts the business, as a whole, in the end. This office is not worth your time and energy, now.
