If I could leave a zero, I would. This business lacks both customer service and professionalism. This all started we began using the fireplace and soot, along with creosote, scorched the outside of our stone fireplace. After many phone calls that I, along with my husband, have made (they returned one call), the issue was not fixed. They did an extremely costly repair (they patched one place in the fireplace, added dry wall, and coat of mud for $1500.00) on a house we recently purchased. However, a chimney sweep should have been included in that per the owner, Ron, was not done (this was told to me on the second phone call). When I called back again because a week went by and no contact was made from them, the woman I spoke with said Gary, the chimney sweeper, said out of his mouth that a chimney sweep was performed. When I asked how the fireplace was scorched if that happened, her only response was I don't know. As of yesterday, my husband spoke directly with Gary who is now saying a sweep was never performed. When I called today to get confirmation on the run around, once again the woman was extremely rude, and after I explained the series of events and being told different things, she literally hung up on me. Before the end of the phone call, she said everything was told because they hadn't pulled the paperwork. That is a lie because when I spoke with the first girl who told me Ron said the sweep should have been completed told me the paperwork was on her desk. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR PROFESSIONALISM was witnessed when dealing with this business.
