The KFC in Pigeon Forge is the nastiest place I've ever seen. The men's urinals were closed and the toilets were stopped up. The women's bathroom was nasty. I even heard employees yelling at each other. Needless to say I walked out of there, very very poor hospitality.

I think the KFC in Pigeon Forge is a great place to work or to go there with your family.The reason I think this is because I use to work there.The General Manager is Jason Douglas.He is a good person to work with.So is his sister,Jill Smith,who's a shift leader.They are the two best people to work for.Of course what makes it fun to be there is the 3 cooks,Roger,Jack and Charles.One cashier,Greg Parton.With these people,you can't go wrong being at KFC in Pigeon Forge.
