Established in 1979, the Pigeon Falls Health Care Center is a Medicare-certified skilled nursing facility that features picnic areas, barbecues, interior and outdoor patios, and private and semiprivate accommodations. It offers long-term medical and 24-hour nursing care services. The facility provides physical, speech, pet, therapeutic whirlpool and occupational therapies. It also offers opportunities to access various amenities and support services. In addition to nutritional and social services, it offers transportation and barbershop services, as well as several activity programs. Located in Pigeon Falls, Wis., the Pigeon Falls Health Care Center is a part of the Trempealeau County Health Care Center, which was established in 1898 and offers behavior management and psychological and family counseling services.
