I can't give a good review to a rude hair dresser who does a poor job does not listen when you ask to cut someone hair shorter because it is thick and grows so fast that it requires to be cut every four weeks. Hair dresser first got mad when my sister in law would not spend extra money for her hair to have conditioner in it. Any other salon in town does not do this when she was turned down by my husband the hair dresser started to say mean things to my sister in law like you have a mind of your own you don't have to listen to him.Don't you want to be pretty. My sister in law has a disability and the hair dresser hurt her feeling plus she going to take advantage of her. My sister in law loves to get her eye brows wax so we did that to beside the hair cut. Then when came to the cut my husband asked her to cut it shorter. She replied its good enough I have already cut besides her hair is so thick and long when was her last hair cut 4 weeks ago that why we ask it be cut really short because it grows back so fast. She takes vitamins so her hair grows back even more faster. So will you please cut it the way we ask my husband said she reply I not going to be here all day just cutting her hair. I say its good enough and so its good enough. We are good tippers My husband pays for her hair cut but does not tip. The hair dresser said what no tip. He told her to improve on her listen skills and her matters that's her tip. My sister in law likes every one but not her because she mean and does not want to go back there. I can't even give them a star

Just moved here from Missiouri and of course I couldn't convince my stylist to move with me lol.I've been to two different places for a cut since moving here,one place wicth I won't bother mentioning because I don't want to bash other stylist,anyway wouldn't and didn't listen to me,but I walked into SmartStlye and was helped by Jacque(an Angel with scissiors),she listened to EVERY little detail.I walked out feeling much better with a great cut!!! HIGHLY recomend SmartStyle and deffinitely ask for Jacques:):)
