Very disappointed with FedEx Express, out of Pierre, SD! Received a call the night before telling me if I was to be gone, please leave a note where they could leave the package and sign it. So I did. And they wouldn't have to leave it anywhere but at my house. Plans changed and someone was there to receive the package, they never even knocked on the door. I have 3 doors on my house, all equiped with working door bells, and nothing. What a joke! (can't use the other word). Now I have to wait until Monday. Not happy at all! I am sure glad it isn't something important to them! Express................I think not. All FedEx 1-800 number can tell you is that it has to be a signed official Fed Ex delivery slip. Well how do you get one of those when they are suppose to be the ones leaving you the package? What a bunch of idiots! Think about it! I will never use FedEx Express out of Pierre, SD to ship anything I need to get somewhere in a hurry! Too bad the person shipping to me, used them!

Very POOR ! The delivery to the rural area in central SD is terrible. Either the driver will call and request you to allow him to leave it in a nearby town so he doesn't have to drive on gravel or delivery is made to the incorrect address. Very irresponsible. You would think with GPS technology they could equip the vehicles or atleast learn to read a Farm & Home Directory Plat book that is available for every county.Here in central SD, FedEx is NOT the delivery service of choice. I'll stick with UPS.
