Our family had wonderful meals at reasonable prices. Our waiter was very good and entertaining and friendly. The children enjoyed the arcade games. We will come back.

A year ago it would have rated 5 stars. The person that rated before me got it right. It really has deteriorated as far as customer service. I hope they heed the advice. I really have loved going to Rule 3 and agree with the previous person...Please Rule 3...get it back to the way it used to be. Customer service, great food and good deals!!

Rule 3 has deteriorated over the past 6 months. Customer service is incompetent at best; food has gone down hill with shortcuts such as little (or no) meat on sandwiches which leaves you with bread and stale lettuce. Evidently they are struggling financially which shows up in poor customer service, incorrect orders, poor food ingrediants and it combines for a very unpleasant experience. I went from going twice a week, to twice a month, and now not at all. There are much better places for me to spend my money.
