Tower Loan Company, is NOT a good finance company to do business with, they always asking you if you want extra money so your payment can get so high they threaten to file suit on you. Their staff always adding to your account fees, so you will never get caught up on your payments. If I know what I know now about Tower Loan I would not have did business with them. They a ripe off, they only care about making money and not their customers.

I would give them a zero for their business ethics. I received a phone call because I was put down as a reference. The person addressed themselves as Ashley and asked that I have so-n-so call her. I ask who she was calling with and she refused to tell me the name of the business, she stated that so-n-so knows who she is and why she is calling. I told her I've been in the business world for quite a long time now and that she was being very unprofessional by not stating the company she was with, she could have been a drug head for all I knew. She then proceeded to tell me personal information about so-n-so, how many voicemails she has already left and so forth. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY ETHICS. She didn't even leave a number because she had left it on so-n-so's voicemail.

THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY NICE, BUT NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY ARE NOT OUT FOR YOUR BEST INTEREST , NOT DO THEY WANT TO HELP YOU. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY, WHICH YOU WOULD HAVE MORE OF BY NOT USING COMPANIES SUCH AS THIS.
