Kendria is the best stylist in the area. Hands down.

I have to say that Kendria has been doing my hair for about a year and my daughter's almost as long. When she started with Niki at Roots I knew I was going to follow her. At first I thought that my daughter could have her hair done anywhere. I couldn't have been more wrong. After one major disappointment of a cut by someone else I took her with me to have her cut cleaned up. Both of us will be customers of Kendria's for years to come! The salon is always clean and bright and everyone is so friendly!

Roots by Niki = Expert stylists, great products, great customer service. Many salons in this area are over-priced and pretentious; still you leave not happy with your hair after hours and tons of money spent. This salon is breaking the mold with an expert team of stylists; warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere; and terrific products including a color line that will not dry-out and damage your hair. All at reasonable and fair pricing. Kendria is my stylist and my cut has never been better, my color is amazing, my hair has never looked healthier. Many people compliment me on my hair and ask if I am a hairdresser (it's that good!). I feel lucky to have Roots by Niki so close by. Thank you Niki, and Thank you Kendria!

Products are priced reasonably and the service is above and beyond the pricing. I'm very happy I found this place. I also brought my best friend there and my daughter and they are thrilled too!

Niki has been cutting my hair for several years, and I followed her to her new salon, which is beautiful, by the way. Niki and Lex are always friendly and professional, and do excellent work. Prices are reasonable, too. And as a guy, I appreciate that the surroundings are neutral and I don't feel like I'm in a 'women only' kind of place.

My experience at Roots BY Niki was okay. The stylist was nice. My cut was okay. My hair was a little frizzy after she had blown it dry, but all in all it was an okay to good experience. The salon feels very homely. The shop and beautiful sign outside were a bit misleading though. I really thought it would be a little more professional. The relaxed dress of the hairdressers was disappointing. Yet I would consider returning.

My experience at Roots By Niki was exceptional! My stylist Amanda was a master at her craft! I had come into the salon with a bad hair cut that i received from another salon in the area. I left with an edgy new stylish cut! She also educated me on how to maintain my style at home! Highly recommend!!

The salon is beautiful! The girls their are great, very professional and they listen to what you want! The prices are fair for the service you're receiving. I would definitely go back again!!!!!!

I like the fact that my stylist Listened To Me, I have gone to other places where i tell them what i want and they give me a cut that isn't what i asked for so i appreciate the fact that Nicole Listened to what I wanted. She took the time to tell me how to maintain my cut too. Very comfortable salon too.
