RUN!!!! This place has no clue what they are doing. It's been a week and more than a dozen messages to 3 different mailboxes and still no one has called me back to answer a simple question. I finally had to go there, and I'm glad I did. The place is a dump. Dirty and antiquated. The receptionist has no clue what she's doing. Every question I asked her she couldn't answer and kept looking around the office for others to help her. She didn't even know if they took my insurance...which is Medicaid! How much easier does it get?? Also, the parking is atrocious. There are like 6 spots available in the back of the building, which are used by staff. the rest of the parking is on ONE street and you have to search for a spot because most of them are taken up by the other employees in this building (there are 4 or 5 offices in this one building), or the residents that live on that street. And if you are wheelchair handicapped or need van accessibility you are out of luck. there is no parking for this at all. And there is one cut out on the sidewalk for a wheelchair to get up onto and if someone parks there....well the cut out is blocked. I didn't even get to talk to a doctor or therapist and I'm having all these problems already. Unacceptable!!!! Reporting them to the state.

The lady at the Phoenixville location who sits at the check in window is VERY unpleasant! She has short blondish hair and usually wears dark framed glasses, is about 50 yo. She makes you feel very unwelcome and ALWAYS appears angry. Myself and another patient have thought of switching offices because seeing her makes us uneasy- she's that unpleasant to deal with. Rolls her eyes a lot, behaves as she's annoyed with you, slams the window in your face and overall leaves a strong poor impression. So sad as one would think she's suppose to be more emphatic to clients in such setting. I wonder if she needs psychological help herself? I hope Dr. Faraq reads this review and addresses her unprofessional attitude with her ASAP. Thank you for reading.
