Be very carefull when dealing with Mrs. Friedshe is very rude and harassed me to the point of causing severe anxiety when with my family trying to enjoy a 4 day get away to the local shore. The company I work for provided Mrs. Fried with a countertop for a small powder room countertop the issue was that when installed the piece was off center. The problem was not the off center because this issue is correct it was that she had beaded panel installed on the back section. In my 30 years of being in construction having someone install 4" splash on beaded is a do not in any construction 101 book. At her request we did it. Now when a piece was apperantly off center as she claimed then te solution is move a piece over and done. Unfortunately this was difficult because her contractor or the person who installed the board did not leave the appropriate space for beaded board. This installation was also approved by the owner. Mrs. Fried did not show up on her own job to resolve the issue, instead she cause a serious of events that eventually led to the damage of her claim of the beaded board. All I asked was that she get a quote within reason and have us review it. Instead she shows up with a bill for money equating to the cost of a $30 board and $77 dollars of labor inflated to $500.00 it gets worse she then starts on me daily for 15 days everyday requestinf money. I work for these people at Severino and Son and was on vacation with my poor child who cried for three hours because she began to harrasment and numerous text bombs to my phone. I requested that she talk with the owner who would be happy to discuss the issue. Instead she got angry and vindictive getting me into a sittuation with my employer that was not very plesant and caused me to get sick and depressed. Please inderstand I have seen her 4 times with jobs in 9 year span and when we did this project like every professional in the home construction field we all help each other out and not try to hurt other human beings. She not only took a $600 vanity from Severino but then at the end of the entire fiasco we we not even contracted to install it this was a pickup. She got a free sink, stone top, backsplash and free installation and could not give us the professional curtesey we all professionals give each other. Please be very carefull with dealing with Mrs. Fried IMHO my experience was not pleasant but very negative and unpleasant
