All are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and current. Lovely customer service, wonderful and exciting products, genuine mastery with hair color and cut, waxing, pedicures and massage, my favorite treats for myself. I love coming here, and I am a long time customer.
This is the favorite salon of my long life. Their artisans better than anyone I have worked with in the are (I’ve lived her 18 years and tried many places) but there is an ambiance about Beauty Biz that is relaxed, accepting, friendly and especially giving. They genuinely want you to walk out extremely happy with the service and your results - which I always do. Meaghan does my hair, which hasn’t looked as good since I was in High School. I love Amanda who does my nails, always expertly, they last beautifully and make me like to look at my own hands for the first time in my life. It is wonderful to catch sight of your own hand and think to yourself “How beautiful!”Gayle, the owner, is a creative genius. The salon is not only congenial, sociable and welcoming, but always beautifully decorated as well. Gayle’s line of body lotion is remarkable. I don’t use anything else anymore. I can’t say enough good things about Beauty Biz.
Driving from Or to Sacramento CA and had a major group of knots. Happened to pull of the road to stretch and something drove me to pull into the far back corner of the lot; found a great massage therapist-she dropped what she was doing and was in the shop in 20 minutes. practiced a type of massage that reminds the muscles and bones that they work together but dont have to be glued together-had a great drive home because of itTHANKS!!!
Beauty Biz is the best for everything, nails, hair, waxing. They're always so friendly, and the atmosphere is great !
I get everything done at the biz, hair, nails, waxing, and I love all of the products they carry, especially Beauty Biz Body. The staff are always very helpful, knowledgable and friendly!
I spent years looking for a really great salon and when Beauty Biz opened up, I found my "home"! I always get compliments on my hair, love the atmosphere and friendliness of the employees and really enjoy my time there. The mani-pedi was fabulous too! And I just got my eyebrows waxed and I look fantastic!! :-D I get the best beauty products (I'm now hooked on the Moroccan Hair Oil), love the soy candles there too. Before Beauty Biz, I was at wit's end, trying to find a really great hair stylist. Now, I go with confidence, knowing my stylist keeps notes and remembers just what I like. At one place here in Ashland, the stylist used to ask me when I showed up "what we did last time." I thought, "HUH??" Isn't that what I pay you for? :-(Now, my hair looks great, my spirits are always lifted and I've never been happier with my appearance. Thanks Beauty Biz!!
I've been comming to beauty biz for about a year now for hair. They have made some major changes and its soo much better! I only liked comming on certain days but now i can come any day and be welcomed by such nice and caring people. Gayle and the ladies(and david!) at beauty biz are so wonderful.
This place just keeps getting better and better! I've been going here for years and the recent improvements will keep me going for many more. The new Beauty Biz Body line is amazing! Keep up the great work guys, you're the Best!
A pedicure by Amanda is the Best! I had major calluses and now my feet are baby soft. Everything is clean and done well so you have no worries about sanitation. Just the right amount of pampering.
omg, i love my nails. I had an apt last week for a fill, never been here and i called up to book something. They were very friendly on the phone and gave lots of info about everything i asked for. Amanda did such an awesome job :) thank you amanda and everyone at beauty biz!! i'll def be back
I've been using all of the services at Beauty Biz for about 4 years, they're all great. I always love my nails from Amanda, she's very creative and Gayle knows what she's talking about with hair, I often find myself not knowing what I want and she has the best suggestions and is always up to date with the current styles. I also love all of the soy candles they carry,it's a plus that they're locally made!!

I have been going to Beauty Biz since it opened almost 6 years ago and find the designers that work there to be talented, professional, fun and quite attuned to the clients needs and desires. I am not sure why the previous reviewer has the opinion she does but I am thrilled with the services I receive there as are the many friends and family members I have referred to Beauty Biz.
The fine ladies at Beauty Biz $pecialize in customer dissatisfaction and bad Bizness practices. If you want a beautiful updo that disintegrates within 30 minutes of leaving the salon, this is the place to go. Be assured you will pay full price for a half-product. Voice your concerns to the owner for a wonderfully artificial apology, and again rest assured they will neglect to make any further attempt to right their wrong. Beauty Biz--where it'$ all about the Biz--not the client. In all seriousness, my experience was terrible and not made right, therefore I think others should be warned before making a big mistake--like an appointment with Beauty Biz.
