OUTSTANDING - The dispatcher was very accurate and polite for a 1 hour pick up The Yellow Cab arrived promptly and called to alert me he was a little early. The Cab was immaculate and pristine, new probably. The Driver knew the quickest route around and through several major roads under construction. He waited patiently for my drop off and round trip. He was so professional which helped me through my stressful day. Thank you. Cab 1008. I would highly recommend them.
I called for Yellow Cab and they were on time and the Cab Driver Ralph was awesome! So I recommend Yellow Cab and if you do call for Yellow Cab Ask for Ralph.

2nd trip they no showed on us on a confirmed two times cab ride to the airport. When we called to complain no one cares. Do not depend on yellow cab. Zero stars if the would let me
Booked over 24 hrs before pick up time, called 5 times starting 30 minutes prior to pick up, hung up on twice and never showed.
This is a terrible cab service. I waited over an hour trying to get a cab, called twice and both times they lied and said the cab would be by in 2 minutes time. They are awful
Stay far away from these guys. I gave them an hour notice for my pickup, they said they had a driver on their way right off bat. I waited for an hour and they never shouted up.
I called them twice during this period where they only restated the guy was on his way. To top it all off they abruptly dropped me when I called them to cancel the cab a full hour later. No one accepted any responsibility for any of this.
k...I AM really sorry you had a crappy experience with yellow cab but I just wanted to tell you that you should give them another try and/or contact the company to let them know what happened because the owners of the company are really cool and will try to make up the bad experience. Plus, as a former driver for the company I can tell you that there are a lot of other drivers of the company that would probably have a real serious discussion with your driver if they knew who it was because their jobs are taken seriously and they take a lot of pride in the way they are represented. You might also be interested in knowing that the reason this driver probably "dumped" you is because he realized that yellow cab having lost their airport contract was not allowed to "pick up" passengers at the airport but didn't understand that he/she ARE allowed to "drop off" at the airport. The City of Phoenix and Sky Harbor airport take this policy of designated taxi company (who can pick up) at the airport very seriously and companies that violate the rules get hefty fines; so I'm thinking this was a new driver that may have gotten frazzled at the idea of bringing down a hefty fine on the company and instead of contacting dispatch "dumped" you before reaching the airport. I'm really sorry this happened to you...but like I said please don't let it stop you from calling yellow cab again; there are a lot of experienced drivers fighting for money on the street everyday driving a cab and they would love to pick you up and drop you off AT your destination. I would recommend to also share your experience with a supervisor...anyone will be happy to help you but you could ask for "JACK"; he's a nice but serious guy and he supervises driver operations:)
Offered airport driver $50 flat rate from sky harbor to 83rd ave and buckeye(do the math). After I was in the cab, and on the way to my destination, he changed his mind when I offered my debit card (visa logo) He dumped me at 24st and Washington. Another cab company got me to my destination for about $37. Like I said, do the math. The yellow driver would have made about $10 extra on the deal. But even if he decided he was going to loose money, he shouldnt have changed his mind AFTER I was in his car.
I've had to use this service to get to work. Its been ok but the last couple of times, the customer service has really gone down. Not only did my cab leave before my wait time was up and well over 30 mins after I made the call request but the second cab driver was rude, unprofessional driver( bummed into curbs, hit brakes hard, speeding, etc). Due to the lateness of this services, I arrived to my destination an HOUR later then intended! The dispatchers over the phone were not accommodating, and unfriendly. Please improve on your punctuality, customer services, and obeying traffic regulations, then maybe you won't lose customers to other cab companies.
Talk about feeling like a burden for needing a cab. And it wasn't even a list minute request. NO way would I trust this company to pick up a business associate. Rude! Rude! Rude!
aaa has been ducking and dodging my phone calls for months after one of there cab drivers feel asleep at the wheen and crashed into my car, my car was totaled and they dont want to pay for my medical. This sorry company will have to deal with the insurance commish office and I will hope they get a huge fine for this!!!!
THEY WERE HERE WITHIN 10 MINUTES.AWESOME SERVICE. WILL USE FOR ALL NEEDS GOING FORWARD
