DR. Wards seems professional and awesome but his staff is awful. I visited their office for a plastic surgery consult with DR Ward. A few weeks later when I informed his staff I opted for another Doctor. I received a phone call from a staff member who then bashed the doctor I choose to go with. I find this very unprofessional and would not trust a doctors office who would resort to these tactics.
