I met the owner, Matt, when we both sat on a Ford Motor Co dispute settlement board; he a technical expert and I a community advocate. Matt always seemed honest and fair so I began taking my cars to his shop and this great relationship lasted over ten years! All the guys at Virginia Auto are professional, personable and know cars in and out! They were amazing to me over the years: taking my car at the most opportune time to pass smog check and paying without my request (yes I paid them back of course), always giving me a fair deal on costs, and once even sending me flowers when I was hospitalized! The boys at Virginia Auto Service have been taking care of me and my vehicles since 1995. My other mechanic closed and referred me to Matt and his team. I know my Red Ford Mustang was as special to them as it was to me. In fact, one time I had an emissions problem and not only did they fix the problem, but they took the car in for the emissions test to save me a trip. They always do something extra to surprise me.
