I hired an ac contractor to come and replace all my ductwork and ac unit, sadly I was not happy with the job and thought that it was being done wrong. I called Urgent Air and Tom called me back right away and arranged to come out and look at it with a no out of pocket cost to us. He even came back the next day to check on the project and even went with my husband to ensure that we got the right parts fabricated. To us he was invaluable, I would reccomend him to anyone. We need more honest contractors like Tom out there.

Tom is super friendly and professional. Probably the best contractor I've ever used.
Our air conditioning went out while we were on vacation and we came back to a hot house in the summer and it was a Saturday night! Tom came out right away and diagnosed an easy fix and only charged us for the service call. The air conditioning unit is old and it would have been easy for him to suggest a new unit. Instead he told us the unit still has some life left in it. I was very grateful and would confidently recommend Urgent Air to anyone.

I honestly must say that I have never had an A/C maintenence company be more thorough than Tom, at Urgent Air, was today. I have already recommended him to two of my friends. Great service attracts great customers. Thank you Tom,Kurt Unterschuetz

Very informative, not just out to make money and sell you things you don't really need, Tom is very trustworthy and does a great job. He has been helping me with all my heating and air conditioning needs for the last 4 years. I've recommended him to people I know, and have never heard any complaints about him.

Urgent Air has been taking care of my air conditioner for about three years now. I am very happy with their services. Last summer my 18 year old air conditioner finally needed to be replaced. Tom ordered my new equipment on one day, and then came out the very next day to install everything. His prices are always fair, and he never pressures me into purchasing anything that is unnecessary. I plan on continuing to use Urgent Air and would highly recommend them!
We recently called Urgent Air when we had a problem with out air conditioner. The technician was on time, he took his time checking out the unit, spent time explaining what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. He did not try to sell us what we didn't need. We were impressed with how courteous he was and how he didn't seem to be in a hurry to get to the next job. We will certainly use them again.
