In emergency situation still sat in waiting room for one hour and 15 minutes. Front office was told of severity of patients situation and nothing. Patient care is worth nothing to individuals unless own family. If you work in medical field each patient should be handled as family.

Dr. Merritt was the first Doctor I had and immediately found some very serious conditions that the VAMC Phoenix could not find or diagnose. He kept me at ease and out of pain as much as he could. I was then introduced to Dr. Gramstad who immediately took over and took care of me I certainly could have had more serious problems but the Doctor(s) found a way to control and keep me out of pain. i am truly grateful for the care I've received from them. These are by far the best Doctors in the Greater Phoenix area. Joy is one of the best Nurses I have ever been in contact with. So how ever spoke ill of her must have either been rude and obnoxious, she would never intentionally misrepresent the practice or her professionalism. Love you Joy! I met Dr Rosenberg and he is the most gentle kind doctor he is an amazing diagnostic and found I had a cancer that no one else bothered to investigate. All the other doctors just gave me pain pills and didn't even examine me. I owe my life to Dr Rosenberg.

Dr Merritt and Dr Gramstad are both amazing doctors. I have been with Dr Merritt for almost 12 years. Sometimes the office manager Joy can be rude and over bearing but overall it is an awesome doctors office. Some of the nurses have been with them a long time and most of the people there recognize me by face and treat me with the best of respect. They are a true family Doctor even my son went there when he lived in Az. I use to travel 2 hours to see the doctors hear. I admit Dr Rosenburg is high strung and rude, I refuse to have dealings with him. But I recommend the office a hundred times over. Love you doctors you keep me healthy

21st century family medicine is overall a great clinic for family practice. The doctors are nice. The manager, I have meet and is also very nice. The receptionists are great. I overall love 21st century family medicine.
