i went in and i asked the lady where was the right packaging and instead of coming from behind the counter like a normal person she pointed and made unnecessary sounds she practically yelled at me and this is not the first time. after i got the right package i went to the computer to print out the label i asked he nicely to come over i needed to ask her something and she said WHAT DO YOU NEED EXACTLY. i said in a clam tone i did not even curse or anything could you please not snap at me and she said ma'ma ma.ma i did not snap at you i said yes you did and this is not the first time. some guy comes from the back and is like i have to agree with the employee on this and i was like well she is always rude to me every time i come in, and he was like you need to leave. i filed a complaint and next step is calling better business. if i treated someone the way they treat me i would have been fired no if and or buts. its called manners learn some
