      Established in 1995, Strictly From Scratch Ltd. serves the Phoenix metro area with baked goods. It is a wholesale provider of ingredients, packaging, dairy and food services. The company provides products like bagels, sandwich breads, buns, Kaisers, muffins, quick breads, scones and cookies. In addition, it also produces croissants, gourmet individual pies, commercial pies, coffee cakes, French/Italian pastries, doughnuts, cakes and custom cakes. Its distribution services provide products worldwide through its partners, including Dart, Gel Spice Company, International Molasses, Lehi Valley Wholesale and John W. Spalding Brokerage Co. Strictly From Scratch Ltd. operates nationally and internationally as one of the premier bakery providers, with seven bakeries employing over 30 people.

      Fresh Baked Goods--- With our growing fleet of 10-26 refrigerated bobtails and 1-48 semi tractor trailer we provide daily fresh wholesale bakery goods to all of our clients. All drivers are licensed, bonded, and insured. While our clients are closed for business our professional drivers can drop product and rescuer the premises. Logistically, we route our trucks furthest from the facility back to the plant and have routes covering the entire metro area. We deliver 6 days a week and generally run as early as 2AM till as late as 10AM. We will do our best to accommodate our clients needs, but key access is the best way to guarantee deliveries. We can door drop, but we do not recommend it as they are not always the secure option and product is left to the elements. Frozen Case Pack---The frozen case pack division of Strictly From Scratch is a program derived from our clients needs. With their guidance we can create custom specifications and pack amounts to fit our clients operation. Palatalized product can be packed and shipped all around the world to give our clients consistent product through their organization.
