Founded in 1999, Southwest Network Inc. is a nonprofit behavioral health service organization that provides services to children, adults and families throughout Maricopa County, Ariz. Located in Phoenix, Ariz., the individualized services for children and adults include case management, child/family teams, rehabilitation/support services, psychiatry/medication/therapy services, transportation assistance and transition to adulthood specialists.
