Management seemed to only mildly care about my concern, even though I personally feel violated by having to eat what i can only say is an unacceptable meal from a kitchen which is obviously in substandard condition, because of the failure to listen to an order properly and the carelessness of not only serving a drink with a bug in it, but then to have to remake a meal for the 3rd time, seems kind of intentional that an 18 inch long hair was to now be found in my food. i used to go to this location all the time, now i don't think i can ever trust the staff or the kitchen. The BB and the health department need to be called and others with my situation need to make their complaint known, because this is unacceptable. when you have problems i expect management to do whatever is necessary to rectify the situation and they failed to do that, in fact they failed to do me anything except offer me a free meal from a tainted kitchen and tell me "Sorry and have a nice day sir." UNACCEPTABLE.
