I have parked in this lot for years until recently 7/22/12. I returned from a personal trip and proceeded to the Blue Diamond courtesy loading sign that there ticket they provided me. Well I could not find a "Blue Diamond" sign there are no blue diamond signs anymore?. So I called the number on the ticket and they told me where to go at terminal 4 by door 7 on North curb. Well why doesn't the ticket tell you where to go? I asked people that worked at the terminal and they told me by door 4, well that was wrong. So to make a long story short Sky Harbor Airport Parking needs to have the pick up place well documented on the pick up slip. Time is valuable and I wasted my time haling around a 7 day long cruise luggage trying to find out where I was supposed to be picked up.

Need to change their name to Sky Harbor off-airport parking. Confusing to say the least. When I first saw the coupon in the paper I thought it was for the airport itself.
