Very unprofessional company. Paid extra to have a screen door painted at the condo complex and am now being told they will not paint it unless 5 other residents also pay. Foreman on the job has no customer service skills and repeatedly talked over me as I was attempting to ask questions and was not happy that I was asking questions. Today he parked across the sidewalk ramp and being disabled I had to walk around to the opposite side of the building in order to get back to my unit. I found him sitting on the steps, smoking and watching a video on his phone and let him know we were going to leave again and he needed to move his truck. He wasn't too happy with me for asking him to move it but hey, I live here so, suck it up buttercup. Just want my door painted (was supposed to be done 2 weeks ago).

Premier Painting was hired to paint the apartment complex I live in. The painters on his staff got paint on my car and my girlfriends car. I called the company and after some argument they told me to pay to get my car detailed and they would reimburse me. I went to a car wash and asked them to detail my car. I paid for it out of my pocket. I gave the foreman the reciept. After no response from company I called the office and spoke with the manager. She refused to pay for the whole price of detail. She was very unprofessional and told me she was the owner, when I asked to speak to someone above her. After doing some more searching I found that she was not the owner I called to speak to the owner and he refused to discuss this with me. This company has not impressed me at all. And I rate there office department one out of five stars.
