Went there yesterday around 230pm. Had a pedi done was expecting the hot stone but got hot towel instead (maybe that is extra charge). At any rate, pedi was decent. The mani I got lets just say it is 720 am and the little diamond things have popped off already!!Also had eyebrows done and it offends me for the rude suggestion of waxing my mustache!!! Seriously, if I wanted it done I would have asked for it done. NO tip! Oh and whats up with the cash only tips? I never carry cash and will not go out of my way to get cash. If you can't add it to my card then too bad. You know I have to pay taxes and I don't think it is fair you are getting money under the table.

Terrible! RUDE! Unprofessional! I went in for a pedi and mani. OK job on the nail polish part of the pedi, but the massage, sugar scrub, and hot stone massage were done with a really negative attitude as if I was bothering her by being there for her service. The mani was a disaster-the thumb nails wrinkled up right away after gel was applied. She refused to do them over after attempting to cover them up 8 times. They were looking at me and laughing, it was so obvious they were speaking ill of me! The thumb nails were never fixed properly and came away bumpy and ugly. The nails were also left rough and not completely covered with polish and gel. They acted like they couldn't see the obvious mistakes they made and kept telling me "that's normal". I will NEVER visit there again, way over priced as well as having rude and poor quality service.

I just had my nails done at POLISH ROOM, they did horrible job, I was so disappointed, So I went to Julie's nails to have them fix. That place is always clean and nicely decorated. Kelly did my nails and she did awesome job. Couldn't be happier.

I have been getting my nails done here for a about 2 years.I make an appointment because I love Tracy to do my gel nails. I am a school librarian and my nails do take a beating, I can go for 3-4 weeks without any problems, just growth showing at the base. But the nail job is professional and the grow out is hardly a problem.

The salon is clean and they seem to use all sterile equipment. They consistently do an alright job; sometimes better than others. Some of the girls are rude, but I'd still recommend the salon for overall experience.

I have been getting my nails done at Julie's for over two years and have been very pleased. The salon is clean and decorated beautiful. Unlike most salons that rush you through your manicure or pedicure, Julies's takes the time to do it right. Only once or twice have I not been happy and that was only when they were extreamly busy. I recommend this salon to all my friends...

Julie's nail is terrible. The owner of the salon is very rude and they do a horrible job on your nails. I got them done there and three days later they started to lift. I also got a pedi and the next day the paint chip off my toes and when I went in to ask them to paint them again the owner Julie stated yelling at me. Do not recommend!!

i have never gone anywhere else. i have only been dissapointed once or twice. but besides that this place is really good. a few recomendations. . . when you go ask for April, Christina, or julie herself. The only one i know that is really bad at doing acrylics is kelly. stay away. she does not care enough. the place is beautiful and everyone is so friendly :]

I have been getting my nails done at Julies Nail & Spa for almost two years! I have visited both locations at 91st an Northern and 67th an Happy Valley and have ALWAYS had a great experience with manicures, pedicures and my eyebrows!. I have turned several friends onto their locations, and my 2 year old grand daughter Madeline recieved the best care imaginable during her first pedicure at their 67th Ave location, providing an awesome childrens chair perfect for her needs! Visit their fanpage on facebook to see her photo:) julies nail & spa is the best:) As for a comment made of speaking a diferent language in their salon?? I've heard several languages spoken in their salons, we live in AZ. Thank you Julie and your team, I've never had a bad experience in your salon!!

I am cosmetology educator and I went to get my nails done here the other day. I was greeted with a friendly smile from who I thought was the owner. Then I was handed over to another gentlemen to get a full set and pedicure. I was so disappointed. This man seemed to not even want me there and I was waisting my time. I told him what I was looking for with the shape of my nails and he said he couldnt do this. I thought yah right! So Then later with my pedicure, he was sitting next to a lady and they were talking in another language and started laughing and then looking back at me. I felt so uncomfortable. I believe that a cosmetologist or nail tech should be held to the highest standards. And bad customer service can break your business. I hope that this man was just a bad apple and I can go back and have services done by someone else because this location works the best for me.
