We had an unfortunate experience with Spencer. He agreed to return to install a shower head to our upgraded bathroom. The work was completed as he agreed to do, however, the shower head he removed was only 2 months old, Kohler fixture, which we had it sold to someone interested in all of our bathroom fixtures Spencer had removed. The boxes were left empty and he took the shower head with him. He states he threw the shower head away, but that just doesn't ad up as he left the boxes behind. We caution all homeowners to watch what is removed from your home without your knowledge. Very disappointing!
We called Spencer to install a utility sink in the laundry room. I had purchased parts from Lowe's but left out some tubes. Spencer was kind enough to buy the parts and complete the installation. He also cleaned the work area after completion and charged a very reasonable amount for the job. We will certainly call him for future needs and recommend him for yours too.

We did a TOTAL home remodel, which required plumbing in kitchen and both bathrooms. We depended on Spencer and he really came through for us. When our tile guy wasn't ready at certain steps of the renovation, Spencer was very accommodating and changed his schedule in order to get the job done. We appreciate his being flexible and always on time. He kept in constant communication with us and was a wealth of information as we went through each step in this very huge undertaking.
I work with Spencer, he is like an uncle to me. As I've been learning the trade, I have seen that Spencer doesn't cut corners. He's runs into other plumbers work and tells the customer how some parts they used are Illegal. I have also noticed Spencer doesn't Nickel and Dime you, he's friendly, reliable, and cheap priced!
