Living in Prescott, we don't have all the good restaurants available to us. We have eaten at this PF Chang's several times always finding the service and food to be great. I would recommend it to anyone who wants good Chinese food.
Disgusting food and awful service! We placed an online order to be picked at 650pm--so after arriving there on time we still had to wait until 715 to get our food. So $42 later, the wonton soup was like soap water, the noodles were soggy and had fallen apart and there was shrimp in the broth---ewww! The crispy wontons were the only good thing about our meal--they were tasty! The chicken with broccolli and the kung pao chicken were dry, lacked any real seasoning and was just absolutley horrible tasting; but my husband and I were hungry and we spent a good bit money on this "meal"! So what a disappointment PF CHANGS has turned out to be for us after hearing so many people around us rave about it! Maybe we should have been impaired with alcohol and the food would have tasted better--we will never go back to this restaurant or any other claiming Chinese cuisine. REALLY!! What an embarrassment to the Chinese people--if you want real Chinese food go to the East Coast and you'll see!
