Moto is the kind of hip, fun restaurant that your friends cannot wait to tell you about & in turn, one that you cannot wait to tell your friends about. From the minute you walk in, you cannot help but love the design of the restaurant. The bar is immediately to your right and serves up the usual fare of traditional Japanese beers & fills in the rest with a few surprises. The staff is fairly nice and always prompt, which is a bonus since it is difficult to wait long for such appetizing fare. They carry the typical sushi selections like California Roll and Spicy Tuna.. Try the Philadelphia Roll, with tuna and avocado and more, fried and topped with a sweet sauce. Also try the eel; it is fresh, tasty, and presented beautifully. They only offer one option for dessert, but BOY, is it good! It is a takeoff on a sushi roll created as a desset: chocolate dipped rice krispie surrounds the ice cream of the day [ranging from green tea to chocolate chip to mango]! Start to finish, Moto is it!!
