  Dr. Cooper has been a family medicine physician practicing in Arizona since 1995. She graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1992 and completed her residency as Chief Resident in Philadelphia in 1995. Dr. Cooper is a founding member of TOPS and has served as board member of multiple hospitals and insurance committees. She is involved in research as a principle investigator with Hope Research. Dr. Cooper is the president of Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association district 2 as well as a member of the AOMA House of Delegates.

  In our continuing efforts to offer premier medical services, we offer multiple modalities including X-Ray, Electro Cardiogram (EKG), Pulmonary Function Studies, Holter Monitors and Arteriovenous testing. Our office also houses an on-site Laboratory Drawing Station and features a state of the art DEXA Scan (Bone Density).

  In addition, Dr.Steingard also works as the Medical Liaison for the Insight and Fiesta Bowls. Dr. Steingard is passionately involved in political and charitable efforts including being a founding member of TOPS (Team of Physicians for Students), a non-profit organization that provides sports physicals and cardiac screenings to student athletes at no cost. Dr. Steingard has been recognized as Volunteer of the Year from the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association. In 1999 he was appointed by Governor Janet Napolitano to the Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners and is currently the president of the Osteopathic Board of Medical Examiners.
