Ella is responsible for providing strategic direction and overseeing MDI Group's deployment of world-class services. Under Ella's leadership, MDI Group's revenues grew from $10M to more than $70M, and its active consultants increased from 10 to more than 500. Ella also spearheaded MDI Group's geographic expansion into major markets across the U.S., and expanded service offerings within IT workforce solutions.
