I go to this McDonald's every morning with my service dog. This particular store has two windows. One for taking money and the other for giving out food. The nice lady that takes my money every morning has formed a friendship with my dog. She always has a sweater on and pulls her sweater over her hands and pets my dog. She does not touch any food-just money. I know money is dirtier than my miniature schnauzer. The last three times I have been there the morning manager must hear me ordering as it is a special order and has been behind the employee watching her every move. The manager has even rolled her eyes at me. Well, this all came to a culmination on January 20th, 2018. The short Hispanic woman manager in front o me and other employees said "COME WITH ME NOW!!" and proceeded to slam the drive thru window so hard, I thought it was going to shatter. There was no reason for this kind of behavior. This employee has the nicest customer service skills. I know for a fact that other employees are afraid of this woman. I know others have quit because of her abrasive nature. I know that even I am afraid of her now. I think the time has come for me to go to another McDonald's. I will not subject myself to this poor excuse for both a manager and a woman. If you get the chance, stay away from this store in the mornings. It takes a lot to rile me up, and this manager has got to go. She owes the employee an apology and she owes me an apology. Enough said!!
