This lowes has terrible customer service, not friendly or helpful at all, I will not be returning and neither will my friends, family or business partners will return, even the manager needs customer service skill. So sad to see a nice big home improvement store full of selfish rude employees.
We are first time homebuyer's and are new home needs alot of cosmetic repair we went to lowe's and a soon as we walked in we were offered help we decided to walk over to windows and Luis help us with free quotes and answer all of our question next we went to buy ceiling fans and again we receive help and so on thur out the store and even at check out they were fast to explain the warranty's from the store and also the manufacture we are very please with all he time that we spent in the store and the help we receive its not easy shopping with a boys especially ages 2 & 3 and makeign big decision we thank you.
