I never write review a positive review but I feel compelled because they understands the changing Multifamily marketing dynamics. Their Rent Logic Leads service took my Apartment occupancy from a declining 62 percent to 96 percent (158 Unit Complex) in four months. My occupancy was declining fast due to the move of a Law School and the down sizing of another near by local business, combined with major road construction that blocked easy access doom was pending. After paying the 3 industry leaders a near fortune to help drive renters to to us with no avail. A friend suggested I call them and I gave them a try, the bank would own it us anyway if something didn't change quick.. By months end my occ.already rose 17%, I cant say enough about how much they helped us and still do today keeping me full and saving us marketing money, & time. I've been able to completely cut other marketing Co from my budget, and they market me, and not themselves building my brands & web stats.
