Ordered flowers online (La Paloma Flower shop) for valentine's day. Got a call on the Valentine's day asking whether it's ok to deliver the day after (what a joke!) because they are too busy. When I told it's not acceptable and shouldn't have taken orders online if they can't deliver, the lady said that she will try to find a partner company to deliver. Call back at 4pm to tell that Phoenix Flower Shop (PFS) will deliver them. No flowers delivered even at 5:30pm. When called the I was told that La Paloma request a delivery for the day after and call them. La Paloma was closed. When I called back PFS, a different lady tells me that there was no such order request and good bye! End result, NO valentine's day flowers delivered to my lady, whole lot of lies and credit card charge for overpriced. flowers. Unreliable service. Will never use them again.

These guys are the best! I needed something fast and great and they came through! Wow..I will definately use them for all of my flower needs in the future!

Like a dummy I forget my sisters birthday out of state. I called the florist on their 800 number and not only were my flowers delivered in less than hours they were more than the picture on their web site showed. My sister called to tell me how beautiful the arrangement was and how nice the deliverly driver was since he had to find her apartment in a large complex. I will recommend and use this florist in the future.
