High staff turnover. No communication from employees. Employee's seemed not to care to get to know you or your child. There were times that there were 8-10 infants in the room with only one caregiver. Employees did not follow parents directions. They do not give out daily sheets for your infant (length of naps, what they ate, # of diaper changes, etc.)

There is not good communication between the day care and parent. There is a very high turn over and no qualified staff.
