Fast same day service and Great customer service, from the phone people to the techs
We are Just Air LLC responding to the previous customer's complaint. We came out on 7/6/11 and found the leak, charged $100.00 for a leak search, he needed 10lbs of R4-10A freon. Check other companies $40.00 is very resonable for a pound of freon. I repaired the leak. Customer called back on 8/17/11 we went back out there and I checked the entire unit again. My weld was intact and not leaking. We did an electronic leak search for free and could not find the leak. We quoted him $200.00 to do a die test leak search to find the leak. He started screaming obcenities. Its not our fault his unit is leaking in another area a month later. We never quoted him $680.00, he is making that up and slandering our company because he is upset about HIS unit, we recomended he buy a new unit in the first place, its 10+ years old. His unit still has plenty of freon and is still working. He has a very small leak somewhere that has nothing to do with the repair I did.
This guy is a scam artist! Under no circumstance call him or use him! He charges $40.00 per pound of freon.....I paid him $848.00 to repair a leak on my AC....4 weeks later all the freon had leaked out. Under his "Warranty" he was suppose to come out and repair it. Instead he wanted to charge me $680.00 more to fix what he did not fix the first time! Then he wanted $65.00 for his service call! After I told him NO he said he is putting a lien on my house! I don't know how people like this stay in business! DO NOT USE Just Air under ANY Circumstance!
Called this company late on a friday night after getting tired of waiting around for another company! They where aT MY DOOR WITHIN AN HOUR FIXED MY UNIT IN THIRTY MINT.Great service! Thanks Just Air
I called this company on 7/31 about a leak in my air conditioning unit. I have a service contract with this company which includes emergency services. I called this company starting at 8:30 p.m. on Saturday night. The voice message stated to leave a message and someone would call me within 15 mins. the last called I placed was at 11:00 p.m. and I still received no call back. I called the company again at 8 a.m. because I had not still received a call back. He stated that his phone has been off which is the reason he had not returned my call. The owner stated to me the since it was raining that they would NOT come out in the rain. The rain had cleared up by 10: a.m. I explained the problem and he advised me that I could fix the problem myself. He stated that most people did not want to pay $80 to have them come clean their drain. He said he simply told people what to do over the phone. He told me blow air through the drain.
