To talk about poor costumer service you have to mention Impero Property. When they do decide to respond to your maintenance needs apparently you the tenant are required to know what needs repaired & the history of when was it last repaired, who did it & EXACTLY what was done. Today I am on my third "vendor" as Carrie was quick to point out to repair NO HEAT complaint. He asks "why am I here?" Umm? I suppose for "NO HEAT" he asks, why? Is this new? Does it need wiring? Is it gas/electric? Does it blow? Does it need a heating coil? Is it 4 or 5 wires? So I call several times while he's standing here like I have a degree in HVAC to understand why is this now the 3rd person that I have to explain what to fix & how to do so. Do they not inform these "vendors?" Nick won't answer & Carrie hung up saying "im yelling". Probably so at the frustration of your constant lack of communication skills. So my advice is just merely saying things are "not working" will not suffice. Know why, for how long, when was it last repaired, what was done & what needs to be done to repair it, even if you do not have training yourself in that area.
Impero Property Management customer service, communication skills and overall professionalism is just as broken as this HVAC system.
